We really do not have a response plan. If you call we will be there as quickly as possible and do whatever it takes to get the job done. We realize everyone has problems and when your IT is not working you want it operating as soon as possible. We get it most business is conducted on networks and computers. We will get you back to business as soon as we can and may even suggest some improvements to make your IT work more efficiently.
